The client is a very well know home buider in the Basque country. His business is specialized in re-build old typical basque houses "Caserios"/ "Baserriak" as they are called. It started as a family business and it has kept on growing ever since. Re-buiding old basque houses in not only a business but an art. You have to know the typical material and architecture in order to respect the esence of the basque house. When developing the Leturiaga corporal identity I tried to give a modern hint to an ancestral origin. I also wanted to reflecyt reliability and robustness in the whole design, meanwhile at the same time I tried to give it all a minimalistic approach.
